Quevedo

Quevedo, born on December 7, 2001, in the vibrant city of Madrid, Spain, is a musical phenomenon who has conquered the world of urban music with his exceptional talent from a young age. His artistic journey is as diverse as it is captivating, starting with roots in Brazil, where he lived until the age of five before embarking on travels to various countries with his parents, eventually settling in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria at the age of seven.

From his childhood, Quevedo showed an innate inclination toward music, particularly the genres of trap, hip-hop, and reggaeton. His love for writing manifested through freestyle rap, and in 2019, he took a bold step into the world of music production.

In collaboration with his talented friend and producer, Linton, Quevedo burst onto the music scene on June 20, 2020, with his debut single, "Planteamiento Erróneo," followed by hits like "Universitaria." However, it was in 2021 that he reached new heights with "Ahora y Siempre," which climbed to #19 on Spotify's Global Viral 50 and an impressive #2 on Spain's Viral 50.

The most significant milestone came on January 13, 2022, with the release of the epic remix "Cayó la Noche," where Quevedo collaborated with talented artists such as Bejo, Cruz Cafuné, El Ima, La Pantera, Juseph, and Abhir Hathi. This musical anthem not only dominated the charts in Spain but also topped the Global Viral 50, quickly amassing over 70 million views on YouTube and 120 million on Spotify.

Quevedo continued his string of successes with the release of "Si quieren frontear," a collaboration with Duki and De La Ghetto, surpassing 35 million views in just over two months. His artistic prowess reached new heights when he collaborated with Rei on "Fernet," becoming the first Spanish artist to collaborate with the legend Ed Sheeran on a thrilling "2step" remix, quickly surpassing one and a half million views on YouTube.

The pinnacle of his career came in July 2022 with "Quevedo: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 52," a stunning collaboration with renowned Argentine producer Bizarrap. This project soared to the top with ten million views in the first 24 hours, leading trends on YouTube Spain and becoming the world's most-listened song on the Spotify Global chart.

Closing out the month on a high note, Quevedo released "Sin Señal" alongside Ovy On The Drums, solidifying his status as an icon in the urban music scene.

In addition to his stellar collaborations, Quevedo has released solo tracks like "Respuesta Cero" with Bluefire, "Nonstop," and "Chamaquita" with Juseph, all accumulating millions of views and solidifying his position as an unstoppable force in today's music scene.
