The concert

After more than twenty years of career, Xoel López arrives at La Riviera with his Oniria Popular tour. He is one of the leading figures of the Ibero-American independent scene, with albums that have marked his career such as Atlántico, Paramales, Si mirayo te alcanzara or Caldo Espírito, the latter awarded the MIN Prize for Best Pop Album.

He is now presenting Oniria Popular, his seventeenth studio album, in which he explores introspection, identity and human emotions with a contemporary pop that dialogues with the traditional and the folkloric. This is the first of his two consecutive nights at the venue.

How to get to La Riviera

La Riviera sits on the banks of the Manzanares, next to Madrid Río and close to the Puente de Segovia. The nearest Metro stop is Puerta del Ángel (line 6), a few minutes' walk away. You can also get off at Príncipe Pío (Metro lines 6, 10 and Ramal, and Cercanías), about 10 minutes on foot. Several EMT bus lines run through the Paseo de la Virgen del Puerto and Puente de Segovia area. Parking in the area is limited, so we recommend travelling by public transport. Arrive early, because queues form before doors open.

Ticket types

Entrada general (general admission): standing access to the venue, with no numbered seat. La Riviera is a standing venue, so the ticket gives you access to the floor, and the earlier you arrive, the closer to the stage you can stand.
